Park City Real Estate Market Conditions

2nd Quarter 2007

The Park City Real Estate market remained strong in the 2nd quarter 2007, but inventory levels are starting to creep up. Based on the sales for the 2nd quarter there are approximately 2 months of inventory, which while not that bad compared to much of the rest of the country, is more than we have seen for a while. Park City Home Prices averaged more than 1 million dollars, while Park City Condo prices averaged just under $800,000.
